Operations Creates and ensures a fun-filled and entertaining environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount. Provides accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table games by providing the rules of the game to guests, according to state and facility established requirements. Ability to calculate odds quickly and accurately to pay winning bets and collect losing bets. Compliance Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position. Performs accurate chip and cash transactions. Maintains game security and always protects company assets. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. BRING US YOUR BEST. Experience Must successfully pass an audition to determine the performance levels and abilities. Previous dealing experience preferred. Successful completion of dealer school / program required. Schedule Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge Knowledge of multiple table games preferred; Blackjack/Craps or Blackjack/Roulette. License Must be able to obtain a Maryland Lottery License. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
