RESPONSIBILITIES Management May be required to answer questions when a manager is not available. Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management. Orders Other customer service duties required as requested by restaurant supervisor in order to assist in reaching profitability and guest satisfaction. Greets guests in a timely manner and obtains beverage and/or food orders. Analysis Continuously monitors tables to assess guests' needs in a courteous manner. Monitor tables to assess guests needs and anticipates and responds to guest requests when meal has been completed keeping table clear to provide a clean, neat, eating area. Inform Know information regarding all Food & Beverage Outlets to have ability to inform guests when they ask. Quality Assurance Ensure each table is ready for guest’s arrival in accordance with venue standards. Compliance Adhere to all corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines. Leadership Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and leadership. Procedure Follow cash handling procedures. Claim tips received according to laws governing wage reporting. REQUIREMENTS Experience Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. 0 to 6 months relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. ? Skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required. Education High school diploma or G.E.D preferred. Build While performing the duties of this job, the employee mostly works inside the building. Write Ability to read, write and speak English required. Professional Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards and work varied shifts, which will include weekends and holidays.
