Summary The Asian Specialty Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Asian cuisine, ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards. Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes according to recipes and quality standards. Teamwork Collaborate with culinary team to maintain consistent menu quality. Participate in menu development, recipe testing, and daily specials as needed. Operations This role maintains kitchen operations, supports culinary staff, and delivers excellent guest dining experiences. Quality Assurance Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and plating of all menu items. Safety Follow food safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines at all times. Compliance Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and standards of excellence. Assist Assist with training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff. Communication Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Maintenance Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of workstations and kitchen equipment. BRING US YOUR BEST. Experience Must be at least 21 years of age. Experience as a cook specializing in Asian cuisine preferred. Environment Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. ? Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Write Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English. Knowledge Knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
