Maintenance Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and general operating condition of slot machines. Responsible for the machine initial fills. Responsible for the inspection, installation, and removal of slot machines. Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems. Mechanical Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance. Replaces parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; may repair some circuit boards, with assistance. BRING US YOUR BEST. Education Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Programming, or related field and minimum one (1) year of Slot Repair experience required; or minimum two (2) years of progressive Slot Repair experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge General understanding of electronics at the circuit board level. General understanding of microprocessors. Skills Must have strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
