RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section, side stations, and dining room. Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards. Orders This position ensures accurate order taking, food and beverage delivery, and adherence to service standards while creating a memorable dining experience for all guests. Accurately input food and beverage orders into the POS system. Presentation Present menus, explain daily specials, and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations. Environment The Sorella by Giada Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in a high-volume, upscale dining environment. Process Process guest payments accurately (cash, credit, comps, rewards). Compliance Comply with all state and local alcohol service regulations. Deliver Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Communication Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness. REQUIREMENTS ? Skills Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands Must be able to lift and carry trays up to 25 lbs. Education High school diploma or GED required.
