Financial Services
Maintains a balanced cashier's til. Process cash transactions for casino customers and employees, including, but not limited to: cashing TITO tickets, casino chips, Lottery tickets, personal checks, travelers cheques, processing currency exchanges, cash advances and other cash equivalents. Process Markers and Front Money Transactions.
Management
Enroll guests into Players Club, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with all casino promotions to aid with exceptional guest experience. Coordinates with Main Bank as needed . Report suspicious behavior, flagged patrons and possible intoxicated guests to a member of management . Assist with training new team members. Properly verify guests during transactions and interactions to prevent underage guests and improper identification.
Compliance
Comply with Title 31 regulations. Complies with state, company, department policies and regulations. Adhere to responsible gaming guidelines .

Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Must be 21 years of age or older. A minimum of one year of cashiering and experience and/or money handling experience. Ability to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
License
Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Gaming Commission.
Physical Demands
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
