Performance
Perform basic electrical installation and repair work in wiring for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances; repairs lighting systems; inspects electrical systems for unsafe conditions. Perform basic repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks; opens clogged lines and drains; replaces washers and other minor parts; maintains and monitors plumbing systems.
Prepare
Apply and prepare various surfaces for paint, enamel, lacquer, varnish, or stain; repairs wall coverings.
Mechanical
Fabricates, repairs, and maintains mechanical devices, motors and pumps.
Machine Operation
Run milling equipment, lathes and power tools; welds materials.

Experience
Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be experienced in one or more of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and/or HVAC.
Technology
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite, and be knowledgeable about building management systems.
License
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
