RESPONSIBILITIES Safety Placing liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies and sundries in their designated places following established storage guidelines and safety procedures. Operating and maintaining all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures. Maintaining cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards. PR PR Serving as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions. Procedure Removing and properly disposes of all debris accumulated at the bar in accordance with department procedures. Warehouse Maintaining par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure. Maintenance Wiping counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station. REQUIREMENTS Communication Excellent customer service/communication skills. Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues. Schedule Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. Environment Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Demands Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift over a 100 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces. Experience Must be 21 years of age. Write Read, write legibly, understand and speak English. Professional Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
