What You’ll Do
As a key leader on the production floor, you’ll set the tone for performance, safety, and teamwork. This is a high-impact role where your leadership directly drives results.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to meet (and exceed) production goals
- Keep operations running smoothly by planning, organizing, and directing daily activities
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure a clean, organized work environment
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement—reduce waste, boost efficiency, and elevate quality
- Train and develop team members to grow skills and performance
- Tackle challenges head-on—resolving bottlenecks and keeping production on track
- Manage schedules, attendance, and time-off requests
- Lead daily shift meetings to align the team and communicate priorities
- Handle performance management and corrective actions when needed
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations
We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or assembly operations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop hourly teams
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
