As a Head Teacher in our 2s classroom, you’ll lead a warm, inquiry-based environment where children are encouraged to explore, families feel supported, and your expertise is truly valued.

What You’ll Do

• Lead your classroom with creativity, warmth, and purpose.

• Design and implement inquiry-based curriculum that inspires discovery and supports developmental milestones.

• Foster children’s social, emotional, and academic growth through play, conversation, and connection.

• Build meaningful relationships with families and communicate regularly about progress and milestones.

• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and well-organized learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience as a lead or head teacher.

• Early Childhood Certification (N-6 or B-2) preferred, or willing to work toward certification via a study plan.

• Passion for working with young children and a belief that every child is capable, curious, and full of potential.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
