**Job Title: **Workplace Experience Coordinator/ Office Coordinator**Location:**¨NBSP;225 Liberty Street, New York, NY**Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM**Position Type:** Temporary role through January**Pay Rate:** $25/hour (W2)About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Workplace Experience Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace. This role is fully on-site and requires someone who enjoys staying active, is dependable, and can jump in quickly with hands-on tasks that keep the office running smoothly.This position is ideal for individuals with experience in hospitality, facilities, retail, housekeeping, restaurant, warehouse, or other physically active roles.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces including kitchens, break areas, and conference roomsTake out trash and recycling as neededWash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanlinessWipe down and sanitize shared surfacesMove furniture and assist with room setups and breakdownsStock pantry, beverages, and office suppliesSupport general workplace upkeep and problem-solving needsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong work ethic and willingness to perform physical tasksDependable and punctual with excellent communication skillsPositive attitude and ability to stay busy and self-directedExperience in fast-paced service environments preferred (retail, restaurant, hospitality, warehouse, janitorial, facilities, etc.)Ability to lift/move furniture and equipment as neededComfortable working fully onsiteWhy You’ll Love This RoleActive and hands-on work environmentOpportunity to make a direct impact on the daily workplace experienceWelcoming team culture and collaborative environmentQuick start opportunityWork EnvironmentFully onsite positionProfessional corporate office settingFrequent movement, standing, and light lifting required
