Position 1: Pouching Technician
Schedule: Weekdays, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Role Overview
The Pouching Technician is responsible for combining frozen bulk products into finished pouches with precision and accuracy. This role involves both manual and automated processes to ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and GMPs
- Stage materials for pouching operations
- Verify product codes, pouch counts, and box counts
- Handle finished products using aseptic techniques
- Perform sample testing and documentation
- Accurately weigh and transfer products per blend sheets
- Ensure proper pouch sealing for food safety
- Maintain SQF standards and report concerns
- Operate and maintain Weigh Right (pellet filling machine)
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment and work areas
- Complete sanitation tasks per Master Sanitation Schedule
- Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in cold environments (short periods)
Position 2: Blending Technician
Schedule: Weekdays, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Role Overview
The Blending Technician is responsible for accurately preparing probiotic blends, including weighing materials, blending, packaging, labeling, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and verify materials for blends
- Accurately weigh bulk ingredients
- Perform hand and barrel blending techniques
- Package and label finished products correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of blend room
- Assist with freezer organization
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment
- Follow GMP and PPE safety standards
- Accurately document all processes and checks
- Perform cleaning and sanitation per schedule
- Maintain SQF standards and report concerns
- Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Position 3: Housekeeping / Glassware Sanitation Technician
Schedule: 3rd shift- Sunday -Thursday 11:00pm- 7:30 am
Role Overview
This role ensures the cleanliness, sterilization, and organization of laboratory glassware, equipment, and facility common areas. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sterilize lab equipment and glassware
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas daily
- Follow established cleaning protocols
- Perform general custodial/janitorial duties
- Maintain inventory of cleaning and sterilization supplies
- Ensure cleanliness of labs and shared spaces
- Follow Master Sanitation Schedule
Qualifications
