Working as a Grand Format Packaging/Finishing Operator, you can expect the following:
Responsibilities
- Finish work orders according to the specifications on the job ticket.
- Set up and operate finishing equipment including CNC routers, banner welder, sewing machines and laminators.
- Move line item stations in production software.
- Assist in packaging or special projects when needed.

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, among short- and long-term projects; allocate time appropriately
- Resourceful
- A “Can do” attitude to help the department and team members reach goals by servicing our clients
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 2-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced, detailed environment is recommended
- Sign Production or craftsman experience is preferred but not required
Work schedule: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Train on days before moving to the night shift)
