  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM


Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable Office Administrator to manage our Alpharetta office operations. You will be the point of contact for facility standards, internal logistics, and team culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Maintenance/Cleaning: Execute daily cleaning checklist.
  • Administrative Support: Print documents for executive review. Scan and organize documents.
  • Logistics & Inventory: Retrieve mail and manage outbound mail. Manage access to offsite storage. Maintain a log of supplies. 
  • Culture & Onboarding Coordination: Maintain office calendar. Assist leadership with the pre-onboarding process. Attend community events. 


Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Ability to follow a daily routine and manage multiple inventory logs. 
  • Professional demeanor when greeting visitors or representing the company.
  • Comfortable performing daily light cleaning duties and handling outbound packages.
  • Experience with Monday.com and Google Workspace. 


Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. An Associate degree in Business Administration or related is a plus.
