Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Office Administrator to manage our Alpharetta office operations. You will be the point of contact for facility standards, internal logistics, and team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance/Cleaning: Execute daily cleaning checklist.
- Administrative Support: Print documents for executive review. Scan and organize documents.
- Logistics & Inventory: Retrieve mail and manage outbound mail. Manage access to offsite storage. Maintain a log of supplies.
- Culture & Onboarding Coordination: Maintain office calendar. Assist leadership with the pre-onboarding process. Attend community events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to follow a daily routine and manage multiple inventory logs.
- Professional demeanor when greeting visitors or representing the company.
- Comfortable performing daily light cleaning duties and handling outbound packages.
- Experience with Monday.com and Google Workspace.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. An Associate degree in Business Administration or related is a plus.
