About the role:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketer to lead the positioning, promotion, and growth of our orthopedic bracing (Coretech Orthopedics) and mobility (Vive Mobility) product lines. This individual will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, enabling sales, and driving product adoption through targeted messaging and cross-functional collaboration.

Who you are / What you bring:

As a Product Marketer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the market presence of our orthopedic and mobility products, from developing compelling product positioning and leading go-to-market strategies for new launches, to creating essential sales enablement materials. Your expertise in market research and competitive analysis will be key in defining our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and optimizing pricing and differentiation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for orthopedic and mobility categories.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches and category growth initiatives.
• Create sales enablement materials, including product sheets, training tools, and competitive comparison resources.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to guide marketing strategy and product development.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and provide recommendations for differentiation and pricing strategy.
• Define and confirm Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for target segments.
• Lead pricing and positioning analysis across all orthopedic and mobility products.
• Own and manage a promotional calendar, coordinating monthly email, direct mail, and sample campaigns, as well as quarterly webinars.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic or DME (Durable Medical Equipment) industry preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical product features into clear, compelling messaging.
• Proficient in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement strategy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Job Type:

Full-time (on-site) in Naples, Florida - This is not a remote position! We offer a Relocation Bonus to help with the relocation expenses.
