What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing (The Core):
- Relationship-Driven Sourcing: Move beyond job boards. Leverage your existing, deep network within the US technical landscape (specifically data and financial services technology/insurance tech) to attract and engage top-tier consultants.
- Pipeline Architect: Design and execute a dynamic, fun, and differentiated recruiting process that reflects our energetic culture and high standards.
- Candidate Experience Champion: Be the first and most engaging face of our company. Ensure every candidate interaction is memorable, positive, and authentic.
Relationship Management & Culture (The Really Fun Stuff):
- Internal Connector: Serve as a hub for employee engagement. Organize social events, team get-togethers, and activities (virtual and in-person) that fuel camaraderie and keep our distributed team connected.
- External Ambassador: Extend your relationship building to our ecosystem. Partner with channel sales teams, prospective clients, and key industry figures to build brand awareness and referral networks.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience (4 years) in technical recruiting/talent acquisition, with a strong background in sourcing talent in Information Technology (Data Science, Cloud, DevOps, Software Engineering) and/or Financial Services Tech (Insurance, Banking, or relevant technical roles).
- A verifiable, robust professional network of technical talent ready to be engaged.
