We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Account Representative to join our Telecommunication partnerships team. This role is perfect for candidates who are ambitious, driven, and looking to gain valuable face-to-face sales and account management experience with the opportunity to grow into leadership roles.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and sales teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
- Support independent sales organizations (ISOs) and retail partners in driving sales.
- Conduct training sessions, in-store demonstrations, and new hire coaching for sales associates.
- Visit partner locations daily to monitor compliance, resolve customer escalations, and ensure the brand is represented effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of sales, retail, or customer-facing experience (wireless/telecom experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel daily between stores within assigned territory (driver’s license and reliable transportation required).
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on retail partner needs.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
