Arcline Consulting Inc is growing, and we're hiring a full-time Entry Level Account Representative to serve as the face of Verizon for our customers. If you're personable, self-motivated, and want a job where effort turns into real advancement, this is a strong place to start.
You'll spend your days talking with customers, learning what they need from their phone and internet service, and helping them find the right fit. It's a role built on conversation, trust, and follow-through, and we back you with coaching from day one.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Account Representative
- Open and develop new accounts by starting friendly, informed conversations with prospective customers face to face on behalf of Verizon
- Run account discovery, asking the right questions to understand each client's needs, then match them with a suitable plan or service
- Walk clients in person through their product & service options clearly and complete each enrollment and enrollment setup accurately
- Maintain accounts by staying current on Verizon offers, devices, and plans so you can advise with confidence
- Set weekly account goals and track your progress on new accounts and growth
- Learn from experienced Entry Level Account Representatives and share what works across the team
- Protect client account information with care, honesty, and discretion
What You Bring as an Entry Level Account Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Account Manager or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required. We'll train you.
- An upbeat, goal-driven attitude and a willingness to be coached
- Dependability: you show up on time and finish what you start
- Comfortable talking with new customers and a knack for making them feel heard
- Good organization and the ability to stay steady during busy stretches
