As an Entry-Level CSR, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our customer base, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Face to face customer interaction

  • Build relationships with decision-makers at each location

  • Develop customer loyalty and expand existing accounts

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities

  • Monitor market trends, pricing, products, and promotions

  • Handle order entry and maintain clear customer communication

  • Work toward individual and team sales goals and performance targets
