Core Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions about menu items, take orders, and process payments (cash/card).
- Beverage Preparation: Brew coffee and tea, operate espresso machines and grinders, create specialty drinks, and learn recipes.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and serve baked goods, sandwiches, or other light food items.
- Workstation Maintenance: Keep the coffee bar, seating areas, and equipment clean, sanitized, and stocked.
- Inventory & Stocking: Monitor supplies, restock beans, cups, and other materials as needed.
- Sales & Education: Sell coffee blends, brewing equipment, and educate customers on different products and methods.
