Position Overview
As a Cashier / Barista, you’ll be the face of our restaurant — greeting guests, taking orders through our Toast POS system, preparing espresso and coffee beverages, and helping ensure smooth service at the counter and expo line.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized under pressure, and contributing to a fun, team-oriented atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Take orders accurately using Toast POS
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Assist with order expo and ensure food presentation meets standards
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, coffee bar, and dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-casual, café, or restaurant environment preferred
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
- Barista or coffee experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
