Status: FT/PT
Pay: $22-$28/HR TIPS

What You’ll Do
As Lead Barista, you are the anchor of the coffee station - responsible for upholding our standards, training teammates, and ensuring excellence across all café touchpoints.
- Lead daily bar flow and uphold quality across all drink prep
- Open and close café with operational precision
- Calibrate espresso equipment and maintain daily dial-in logs
- Train and coach new baristas and junior team members
- Support floor leadership by directing coffee-side service, cleanliness, and pace
- Troubleshoot machinery and workflow issues
- Maintain inventory of coffee, milks, syrups, and cleaning supplies
- Uphold high sanitation standards and enforce FIFO and cleaning checklists
- Partner with the FOH team to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Share enthusiasm and product knowledge with guests
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in specialty coffee or fast-paced café environments
- Comfort leading a team and providing in-the-moment coaching
- Working knowledge of espresso machine maintenance and dialing in, full training available
- Passion for coffee, people, and warm hospitality
- Ability to stay grounded and effective in high-volume scenarios
- Organized, clean, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
