Key Responsibilties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to recipes and service standards
- Stock and restock the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies
- Service full bar top, cocktail stations, and dining room beverage orders
- Deliver food and drinks safely and efficiently to guests
- Operate bar tools and equipment safely (shakers, blenders, knives, etc.)
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Handle multiple tasks calmly under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently and stand/walk for the entire shift
- 2–5 years bartending experience in high-volume, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environments
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Guest-focused, with exceptional tableside service and presence
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and modern mixology, with a creative mindset
- Ability to embody the sense of luxury hospitality while staying approachable and warm
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and motivated by positive culture and proven systems
