Experienced Medical Aesthetician – VIV Wellness | Dallas, TX

About The Role:

VIV Wellness is a female-led, physician-owned boutique aesthetic practice in the heart of Victory Park. We're growing fast and need a skilled, reliable aesthetician who can step in, deliver exceptional results from day one, and build lasting client relationships. This is a hands-on, high-performance role — ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and their conversion numbers.

Compensation & Benefits:

$23-$40/hour, plus paid time off, healthcare insurance, continuing education, performance bonuses, commission, and tips. As well as being in our staff treatment program. Rate is determined by verified experience and demonstrated device proficiency. High performers earn at the top of the range.

What You'll Perform:

• Morpheus8 RF microneedling
• Sciton BBL & Moxi (mJoule)
• Hydrafacial & chemical peels
• Laser hair removal & Laser Genesis (GentleMax Pro by Candela)
• SkinPen Microneedling
• Vascular laser treatments (GMP or BBL)
• Client education, post-care guidance, and skincare retail
• Maintain accurate documentation, cleanliness, and compliance with all safety protocols
