Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Laser Technician/Medical Aesthetician located in Plano, TX. The role involves performing laser hair removal and other laser-based treatments, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients achieve their aesthetic goals in a professional and comfortable environment. Responsibilities include operating laser machinery safely and effectively, maintaining accurate client records, and providing pre-treatment consultations and post-treatment care guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in laser treatments, including laser hair reduction, SkinPen, RF microneedling, skin rejuvenation (IPL/photofacials), skin resurfacing (fractional CO2 or erbium), tattoo removal, HALO, and microlaser peel.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
• Certification for laser operation or medical aesthetics is required
• Ability to maintain detailed client records and follow safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales mentality and the ability to create personalized, long-term care plans for clients
• Prior experience in a medical or aesthetic setting is preferred.
