- Float to assigned departments based on staffing needs and competency, including medical-surgical, ortho-surgical, telemetry, and progressive care.
- Respond effectively during emergencies, rapid responses, and code situations.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a positive attitude while working in various clinical settings.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure. Diploma preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years in recent acute care setting is preferred.
Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Current BLS and ACLS required. If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within 30 days.
