Key Responsibilities
- Assist in development of Gen AI and Agentic AI systems
- Build and support AI agents and workflow automation systems
- Develop speech-to-speech and speech-to-text AI pipelines
- Work on AI voice agents and conversational AI systems
- Support development of AI image generation and video generation systems
- Assist with RAG pipeline and vector database integrations
- Work with Python-based AI backend systems
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams
- Support deployment and testing of AI platforms
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks
- Experience with Python programming
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Agentic AI development
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Qwen, or similar LLMs
- Knowledge of LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, or similar frameworks
- Experience with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems
- Exposure to voice AI and conversational AI platforms
- Knowledge of AI image generation and video generation tools
- Basic understanding of vector databases and RAG architectures
- Familiarity with APIs, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and learning abilities
- 2–4 years of software engineering or AI development experience
- Experience working on AI/ML or Gen AI projects
- Experience with modern AI frameworks and APIs
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in advanced AI technologies
- Good communication and teamwork skills
