Senior Consultant, Solution Delivery (AKA: Senior Business Analyst)

As a Senior Consultant in Solution Delivery at Vitech, you’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate complex transformation journeys powered by Vitech’s industry-leading platforms. You’ll partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to translate business challenges into scalable, product-driven solutions that create measurable value. What you will do:
Analyze & Shape Business Needs
- Lead discovery and analysis of client business requirements, transforming them into clear, actionable features and user stories.
- Use your domain expertise to ensure each solution aligns with client objectives and Vitech’s 'Product First' approach.
- Apply structured thinking to uncover root causes behind client challenges and design solutions that drive business impact.
- Design and refine configurations that meet client needs while maintaining scalability and consistency across implementations.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate business priorities into solution requirements.
- Guide the refinement and prioritization of program backlogs, ensuring alignment between business value and delivery timelines.
- Build Relationships & Consult with Confidence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client partners, translating complex concepts into clear, results-oriented recommendations.
- Foster open communication between delivery teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout each project.
- Champion a collaborative, consultative mindset that balances client advocacy with product excellence.
- Mentor junior consultants and team members, sharing best practices and helping them grow in analytical and consultative skills.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams and encourage a culture of learning, accountability, and improvement.
- Model proactive communication and issue management to ensure smooth, predictable delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in solution delivery, consulting, or business analysis within technology or financial services environments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills—able to interpret business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban) and experience applying them pragmatically.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar Agile and issue management tools.
- Proven success building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on execution, maintaining focus in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proven ability to balance multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on delivering client value.
- Experience with ERP implementation or integration projects.Background in Retirement, Pension Risk Transfer (PRT), or Financial Services
- A proven record of translating business requirements into functional specifications that drive successful outcomes.
- Familiarity with Vitech or similar enterprise product platforms.
- Delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that align with client objectives and product capabilities.
- Building long-term relationships with clients based on trust, clarity, and results.
- Empowering team members through mentorship and collaborative problem-solving.
