Skin Care Store Representative

We are seeking a Skincare Store Associate who will be the primary point of contact for our guests and walk in guests within the Store area of our Dermatology Practice. This role will provide excellent customer service and upscale hospitality in order to influence sales of skincare products.

Success in this role is someone who can multitask, prioritize stellar customer experience, and contribute to the operational aspects of the store, including processing payments, scheduling appointments, inventory and stocking.

Monday-Friday with Rotating Saturdays flexibility during business hours a must @ $19-$23 Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service.
• Process payments and manage the cash drawer.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, and product ordering.
• Coordinate with product representatives on promotions and new launches.
• Support staff education on retail products.
• Manage orders, returns, shipping, and backorders.
• Complete retail sales and schedule appointments.

Required: high school diploma, 2 years customer service experience 

Preferred: experience in sales and vast knowledge of skincare 

Salary : $19 - $23
