Role Description
The Skin Care Market Specialist will represent ELEMIS at retail locations in the Northwest Suburbs of IL. This is a part-time, on-site freelance role involving daily interactions with customers to provide expert skincare consultations, product recommendations, and demonstrations. Responsibilities include strengthening customer relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and consistently achieving sales goals while promoting the ELEMIS brand. Additional duties may include inventory management and supporting marketing events and initiatives within the designated region.
Qualifications
- Flexibility to travel locally within the Northwest Suburbs of IL for on-site responsibilities, including Schaumburg, Algonquin, and Vernon Hills
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build lasting client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge in dermatology or general skincare understanding
- Proficiency in providing tailored skincare consultations and confident in recommending suitable products
- Passion for skincare and wellness, with a customer-focused mindset
- Previous sales or retail experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a requirement
