- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual VCORE product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our respiratory diagnostic solutions to healthcare professionals.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to incoming inquiries from potential and existing customers, providing information about our VCORE products and services, providing quotes, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Sales Training: Complete required sales training, including Saleably, and apply learned methodologies to improve discovery, positioning, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales activity reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate promotional activities, lead generation efforts, and customer outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related role, preferably in the medical technology, software, or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and practices, with a desire to learn and develop sales skills.
