Nurse Practitioner (Adult-Geriatrics)

Part or full time position open for a qualified NP in a skilled nursing facility in Orange, NJ !

Responsibilities:

• Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients
• Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions
• Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists

Qualifications:

• Previous RN experience - NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED!
• Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member
• Good critical thinking/ assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computers

Pay:

•   $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (BASE PAY PRODUCTIVITY BONUS)
