Position Overview:
As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you will educate clients on available health insurance options, build strong client relationships, and guide individuals and families toward coverage solutions that best fit their needs.
This role is ideal for agents who enjoy helping people, closing sales, and earning based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with prospective clients regarding health insurance coverage options
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate plans
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow compliance guidelines and agency standards
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development initiatives
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Compensation:
- Competitive base compensation available
- Tiered commission structure
- Weekly and daily performance bonuses
- Significant earning potential for high performers
- 1099 Independent Contractor position

Qualifications Required:
- Active Florida Health Insurance License (2-15, 2-40, 215, or 240)
- Full-time availability
- Ability to work in-office in Fort Lauderdale
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Preferred:
- Previous health insurance sales experience
- Phone sales or call center experience
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
