Position Overview:
As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will play a critical role in driving company growth while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will build lasting relationships, educate individuals on coverage options, and guide them toward insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Core Responsibilities
- Educate clients on Medicare plan options and benefits
- Recommend and enroll clients in appropriate coverage
- Generate and follow up on sales leads

- Ensure all activities comply with CMS and company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide ongoing support to clients with plan questions and changes
