Senior Superintendent role in Orange County leading higher education construction projects with an established builder serving colleges and universities throughout Southern California.

Our client partners with colleges and universities on projects where academic operations, campus activities, and construction logistics must remain carefully aligned. This role leads field execution across complex educational environments throughout Southern California.

You will oversee higher education projects throughout Orange County, including classroom buildings, STEM facilities, student centers, campus infrastructure upgrades, and major renovation programs. Assignments regularly involve occupied environments, constrained access, phased turnover requirements, and coordination around academic schedules and campus activities.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 8 years of experience, preferably with a Top ENR GC

• Proven ability to direct field operations and subcontractor activities.

• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills.

• OSHA training and current safety certifications preferred.

Base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000, based on experience and project responsibilities. Comprehensive benefits and performance-based incentives are offered.
