As The HR Onboarding Coordinator, You Will
- Lead the onboarding experience from offer acceptance to first day.
- Facilitate Virtual General Orientation (VGO) and ensure timely distribution of welcome and training materials.
- Coordinate background checks, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Manage and track onboarding progress in Smartsheet and distribute new hire surveys.
- Support I-9 and HR system training for managers.
- Maintain confidential and accurate personnel records in HR systems.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance the new hire experience.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive best practices across the team.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or talent coordination (healthcare or home health preferred).
- High school diploma required; Associate degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and HR systems (UKG, HCHB a plus).
- Exceptional organization, accuracy, and communication skills.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset — and a heart for helping others succeed.
