The Behavioral Health Respite Provider has been a pivotal part of making incredible differences in the lives of our clients and their families, and the Clinical Supervisor is critical for the success of our Providers.

· POSITION TYPE:
o Full Time, Salaried: You will work 40 hours per week, with a salary paid out bi-weekly.
o When do these hours take place? This position will work Monday-Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
o What is the work environment for this position? This position will be fully onsite in our Westminster, CO office.
o Will this position ever become eligible for hybrid/remote work? Yes, once training is complete and proficiency in the role is demonstrated, there will be an option for a hybrid schedule.
· COMPENSATION:
o Salary: The range for this position is $80,000-$85,000/year.
o Supervision could mean driving. Do you reimburse mileage? YES! Approved mileage will be compensated at a rate of $0.70 per mile.
*Mileage reimbursement rate subject to change based on state and federal regulations.

· You are a licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
· You have spent at least 3 years in a Behavioral or Mental Health position, with at least 1 of those being in a leadership position.
· Your Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree is in a related field of study.
· You have a combination of education and experience that is comparable to the above requirements.
· You will regularly travel to complete onsite supervisions, so a valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance are required at time of hire.
· You are willing to complete TB Screen at the time of hire and keep it up to date annually via risk assessment.
· Keeping yourself and others healthy by getting your annual Flu Vaccine is something you are comfortable with.
· You are fantastic at communicating (in person and in writing) and building strong working relationships with co-workers, clients, and families, and you are comfortable discussing sensitive issues related to the healthcare process with them.
· You have strong crisis intervention skills and can make informed decisions in a dynamic and challenging environment.
· Your knowledge is vast regarding mental health laws, regulations, and best practices.
· As it is in any position, there is going to be some paperwork. This does not deter you, because you can complete it all accurately – and on time – without breaking a sweat! Even more than that, you can do it all while adhering to legal and regulatory guidelines.
Bonus points if:
· Your behavioral or mental health leadership experience is with departments focused on children/adolescents.
· Experience with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, PTSD, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, or Autism.

· You will work closely with our team of incredible providers to supervise them, offer development opportunities, help them improve their BHR skillsets and approaches ongoingly, and make recommendations for training classes.
· Providing partnership to ensure understanding established protocols, standards, and best practices – and monitoring for continual adherence – will be a regular part of your day.
· Assessing care processes and procedures, and client/provider safety protocols, are something you will do often.
· Your knowledge of the behavioral health industry will be vital to discovering new ways we can enhance client satisfaction and the effectiveness of the BHR program.
· You will collaborate with Directors, Recruiting, and other departments on quality assurance directives, organizational policies, finding efficiencies and optimizations in client care delivery, streamlining interdisciplinary communications, budget development and management, strategic planning around multiple areas of the department (trainings, education, quality metrics, processes, procedures, etc.), hiring need forecasting, interviewing, and new hire onboarding.
· Your epic communication skills will come into play when you are speaking regularly with Directors to provide updates and reports on departmental activities/outcomes, challenges, and successes.
· Compassion and teamwork will shine while you work to foster an environment that is positive, supportive, and collaborative, and mentor your care providers within this culture – and address issues promptly and effectively when they arise.
· Show off your attention to detail as you coordinate ongoing trainings, facilitate professional development opportunities, implement/monitor performance tracking and improvement plans, oversee the creation and roll-out of treatment plans that ensure individualized and client-centered care, and conduct regular performance evaluations (and provide constructive feedback surrounding areas of opportunity) for members of the BHR Team.
· You will get to assist in the allocation of resources (including staffing levels, equipment, and supplies) to optimize program operations.
