- Base Pay $17.94 - $19.18 (Base Mobile Premium)
- No Phlebotomy Experience Required (10 Weeks Paid Training Provided)
- Individuals with experience in Customer Service, Caregiving, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Hospitality, are highly encouraged to apply.
At Vitalant, Your Impact is Vital. As a Phlebotomist you will be creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors as you host blood drives around the region, reaching our local and distance donors.
We’re hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or new to the blood banking industry, we’re here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best.
Potential Schedule: Monday - Friday Varied Hours, mobile blood drives. Includes 4-8 Overnight stays per month
*This position requires 4-8 Overnight stays per month to connect with donors across our 300-mile service region. Vitalant covers all travel arrangements—including hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals. *

As a Phlebotomist, you’ll get to:
- Keep blood donors comfortable and informed.
- Perform blood draws (paid training provided).
- Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success.
What you need (Requirements):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to work flexible shifts, varied schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active team member.
- Ability to travel, including overnights, as required.
