What You’ll Do:
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and eyewear benefits
- Perform accurate measurements (PDs, segment heights, etc.)
- Verify prescriptions and ensure eyewear accuracy before dispensing
- Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical area
- Work collaboratively with doctors and staff to provide an excellent patient experience
