Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist at Vital Care of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing infusion medications, counseling patients on proper medication use, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulatory standards. They will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and support therapy plans. Additional responsibilities include supervising pharmacy technicians and maintaining accurate records of all pharmacy activities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, compounding, and drug therapies.
- Strong counseling and communication skills to provide patient education.
- Proficiency in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing medical records.
- Ability to manage inventory and oversee pharmacy operations.
- Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Wisconsin.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Experience in infusion therapy or home infusion is a plus.
Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday
- No nights, holidays, or weekends
- Part-Time (1 to 2 days weekly)
