We're now expanding our digital footprint and seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead our online growth strategy. This role will drive Vitakraft Sun Seed's ecommerce performance across Amazon, Chewy, Petco, PetSmart, , and emerging marketplaces. The ideal candidate will blend strategy, creativity, and analytics to deliver exceptional shopping experiences for pet parents while driving measurable business results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Working with our global ecom team develop and execute a results-driven ecommerce growth strategy for the USA across key marketplaces and DTC platforms.
- Own and manage the ecommerce P&L, tracking KPIs such as sales growth, margin, and ROAS.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience across all touchpoints.
- Identify new opportunities for category expansion, shopper engagement, and digital innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in social commerce, AI-driven personalization, and pet care technology.
- Lead SEO, SEM, paid media, and marketplace campaigns to drive awareness and conversion.
- Manage enhanced content (A pages, imagery, video) and ensure consistent branding across all listings.
- Collaborate with creative teams to tell compelling stories that reflect our mission and love for pets.
- Optimize product listings, keywords, and promotions through testing and analytics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content, pricing, and inventory align with strategic goals.
- Monitor performance using tools such as Amazon Analytics, Google Analytics, Helium10, and Salsify.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Deliver reports on KPIs such as conversion, CAC, and customer retention.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and forecast accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5 years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience, ideally in CPG or pet products.
- Proven success managing and scaling marketplace channels (Amazon, Chewy, , etc.).
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, retail media, data analytics, and ecommerce operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a growth mindset.
