VitaMobile Medical Support Services has an urgent need for a per diem Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team to service patients in the San Diego, CA and surrounding area.
Must be a full-time mobile phlebotomist, available Mon-Fri, and able to accommodate both fasting and non-fasting visits. Fasting visits must be scheduled before 10am.
Each visit will include between 1 and 3 draw kits to be completed.
There will be 1 - 2 lab drop offs (timed specimens) after each visit, must be willing to complete a drop at a lab in downtown San Diego.
A 7-to-10-day turnaround is expected for each assigned visit.
Must have a printer and be tech savvy as visits are assigned and processed through an online app.
Requirements

Requirements
- Phlebotomy certification/license or MA certification or RN license or EMT certification
- Minimum of 1 year mobile phlebotomy experience
- Strong experience with difficult sticks - experience with oncology or transplant patients is preferred
- Recent home health experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Technologically savvy - Must have a printer
- Strong communication skills
- Available on weekdays during regular business hours and able to accommodate early morning visits when needed.
- Must have been involved in direct patient care within the last two years
- Willing to travel 50 miles or more for patient visits
- Must be willing to complete multiple lab drops including to a lab in downtown San Diego, CA.
