VitaMobile Medical Support Services has an urgent need for a per diem Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team to service patients in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Must be available Mon-Fri and able to accommodate both fasting and non-fasting visits. Fasting visits must be scheduled before 10am.
Each visit will include between 1 and 3 draw kits to be completed.
There will be 1 - 2 lab drop offs after each visit, must be willing to complete a drop at a lab off 19th Ave, Phoenix.
A 7 to 10 day turnaround is expected for each assigned visit.
Must be able to cover draw requests in the North, South, East and West valley areas.
Must have a printer and be tech savvy as visits are assigned and processed through an online app.

Requirements
- Phlebotomy certification/license or MA certification or RN license or EMT certification
- Minimum of 1 year mobile phlebotomy experience
- Strong experience with difficult sticks - experience with oncology or transplant patients is preferred
- Recent home health experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Technologically savvy - Must have a printer
- Strong communication skills
- Available on weekdays during regular business hours and able to accommodate early morning visits when needed.
- Must have been involved in direct patient care within the last two years
- Willing to travel 50 miles or more for patient visits
- Must be willing to service patients in the North, South, East and West Valley areas.
- Must be willing to complete lab drops at 19th Ave, Phoenix.
Salary : $65
