Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and care activities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with our rehabilitation team to support patients' recovery and achievement of their healthcare goals

Requirements:
- RN: Current licensure in the State of Maryland as a Registered Nurse; bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field
- LPN: Current licensure in the State of Maryland as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse; Diploma or Certificate in Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN or LPN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
