Sales & Service Representative

Vita Builders LLC, part of the Vita Plus family of companies, is hiring a sales and service representative based in Fall River, Wisconsin. This position works closely with customers, installation crews, and office staff to clearly communicate project details, calculate bids, and update expenses due to project changes. Occasional service work in the field is also required.

What you’ll do:

• Receive and evaluate requests for estimates
• Review blueprints and evaluate mechanics of equipment for projects
• Prepare bid calendar and ensure timely completion of estimates
• Review all estimates and revisions for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate the project’s details amongst staff members and respective customers to ensure successful completion of projects
• Develop and maintain cost data, including labor and equipment rates, installation methods, and production rates
• Install and service equipment as needed
• Manage projects and subcontractors
• Dryer service work during harvest

What you need:

• Experience in and passion for sales
• A clear understanding of the operation of mechanical systems
• Mechanically inclined
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Analytic abilities to accurately price projects
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook
• Valid driver’s license
