Job Description
We are a growing residential and commercial painting company seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in home improvement or painting sales who can confidently generate estimates, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and property managers to assess painting projects
- Prepare accurate, professional estimates and proposals
- Close sales with a high conversion rate
- Follow up on leads provided by the company (and self-generated leads welcome)
- Maintain strong communication with production teams
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Track sales activity using CRM or company systems
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in painting or home improvement sales (required)
- Strong closing skills and confidence in face-to-face sales
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial painting processes
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using estimating software or CRM tools
- Background in construction, remodeling, or exterior services
