Job Summary

Visual Edge IT is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Growth Executive to drive net-new business across mid-market and enterprise organizations. This role is designed for a strategic hunter who thrives on opening doors, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-value opportunities across enterprise print, managed print, and managed services.

You will engage senior decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and position comprehensive technology solutions—including IT support, cybersecurity, cloud, and production print—to solve real-world problems. This is a visible, high-impact role with significant opportunity for professional and financial growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close net-new logo opportunities across targeted verticals and enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute proactive hunting strategies through outbound prospecting, networking, account-based selling, and targeted campaigns.
  • Lead consultative, discovery-driven sales engagements that align customer challenges with enterprise print, managed print, IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Directors, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, technical pre-sales, and internal teams to design and deliver tailored proposals.
  • Maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline with disciplined CRM usage and forecasting.
  • Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns and provide actionable market and competitive feedback to leadership.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue, ARR, and pipeline creation targets.

Knowledge, Skills, And Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of acquiring net-new customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong background selling enterprise print services, managed print, managed services, IT services, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Experience leading complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging executive-level buyers.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to measurable customer outcomes.
