Job Description
2nd Shift Monday to Thursday from 4:00pm-2:45am with Overtime as needed.
Shift does include a $2.00/hr Shift Differential.
The 2nd Shift Picker/Packer Lead position will perform the following duties:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position.
Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
Basic computer skills to include MS Office (Outlook email, Word, Excel).
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 70 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.

- Provides guidance, work instructions, and training to the pickers/packers.
- Assigns and delegates to shift employees.
- Directs activities between buildings and departments.
- Communicates department daily needs to leadership.
- Performs same duties as a warehouse worker, picker and/or packer as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Coordinates manpower and key points with supervisor/manager.
- Complies with health and safety programs.
- Ensures warehouse is in inspection condition.
- Safely operates power material handling equipment to accurately select, palletize, stage and/or load customer orders for delivery of product to customers without damage or errors.
- May be assigned other tasks associated with the warehouse operation as needed.
