Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of assigned capital projects by managing Front End Loading (FEL) studies, project schedules, budgets, construction activities, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement competitive bidding strategies, including bid evaluation and contractor selection, to ensure cost-effective and high-quality project results.
- Define equipment performance requirements and engineering design criteria to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
- Establish and maintain robust schedule and cost control processes, including forecasting, progress tracking, variance analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with project teams, site leadership, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all phases of project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, guidelines, and company requirements so that all designs and project activities meet regulatory, safety, and operational expectations.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, the following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering or Science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- 4 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial operations, or other process-based industries with 1 year of project management experience
- Prior experience with industrial processes and equipment in a heavy industrial or advanced manufacturing sector
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional capital projects from concept through final implementation
- Familiarity with engineering design and project management tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, SAP, Solidworks, NX or similar systems
- This role may require up to 25% travel.

Salary : $82,000 - $115,000
