Key Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Oversee daily home operations, supply management, and smooth shift handoffs.

• Team Mentorship: Onboard, train, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

• Care Quality: Ensure adherence to support plans (ISPs/BSPs) and perform quality audits.

• Direct Care & Support: Provide hands-on care, medication tracking, and crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Degree/CPR preferred).

• 1 years caregiving/DSP experience; supervisory experience preferred.

• 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean background check.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility/physical care.

• Willingness to complete Med Admin & CPI (30 days) and NADSP Supervisor training (6 months).
